Suzanne Taylor, writing in "Suzanne Taylor's Now What?" considers some important topics in her latest post "Cat herding and what else to do?" - the necessity of holding the U.S. President accountable for what's been going on, since supposedly he is the ultimate arbiter of U.S. policy, and concerning the gravity of present news, says: "Please don't unsubscribe because this is lousy news."
This reveals a significant concern among readers which must be addressed, not overlooked. Reading about the difficult geopolitical situation causes stress and discomfort in readers, often causing cognitive dissonance between their learned experiences and a newly-revealed path to solutions to these matters. As well, it is also stressful for the writers!
Several deep issues must be addressed which deeply conflict with what people have been taught and moreover, what has become the socially-acceptable narrative in their society. These run as deep as "America the Good" and NATO as a bastion against Evil. So I'll break that glassware right off the top, then deal with the pieces. America is NOT "The Good" - it works via every possible level to ensure permanent "full-spectrum dominance" of every other nation. NATO is an evil in this world (and I've lost subscribers for saying that) - NATO was set up to do an end-run around the United Nations and allow the U.S. to not be hampered by any other nation's veto. It is not a consensus-based organization. The world is now divided into two camps: UN supporters such as Russia and China, and NATO supporters, vassals actually, since to participate they have yielded some amount of sovereignty.
So the world is divided into these two biggest camps, which represent on the one side "The West," being the NATOists, the Atlanticists, who imagine themselves worrying about the declining "rules-based international order." Well, they are conflating two meanings of "order." They are implying "order" as in a political system or the way things used to be done, as well as, in effect, a religious order, since it requires faith in something unseen - they are conflating these meanings with an instruction by an entity of authority. In reality, it was America's rules, and you (the vassals) were ordered to obey them - thus, the "rules-based international order." And these "rules' were often at odds with the UN Charter.
So there, that glassware is broken. Now what?
According to polls, a large percentage of Americans "support Ukraine." In order to do so they must be absolutely blind to the entire backstory, the entire history, and the insidious goals of The West in its "Grand Chessboard" approach to conquering ALL of Asia. They fall into the "poor little Ukraine" camp and bemoan "Russia's full-scale invasion." But you must read through that "Grand Chessboard" link and realize that for peace in this world, the growing US/isar3l (USrael) Empire must absolutely, totally end and be permanently disabled from doing ANY dominance, let alone "full-spectrum dominance." Otherwise, it will carry on trying to conquer all of Asia - using Ukraine as a proxy to conquer Russia and using Iran to break China's energy supply and trading network for the final grand war against China. To break this USrael Empire's chokehold on the world, these other countries, China, Iran and Russia must win! Since we of the West have started this battle, and will not back down, that means it actually is war, we're on the wrong team this time, and those other guys must win. Yes, it's sad for Ukrainians to be caught in the battlefield of WW-III, but for their neo-nazi government, this war could stop any minute of any day. Just become an actually-neutral country, as per their separation agreement from Russia. No, this "de-nazification" theme from Russia is not propaganda, this Ukrainian government is disinterring its Nazi "heroes" and re-burying them in places of honour. The Russians, via their SMO (Special Military Operation or "SVO" - Specialnaya Voennaya Operatsia) hope to abolish these far-right Nazi elements since they are not interested in re-fighting WW-II, and, since NATO/Ukraine keeps fighting and refuses to not push NATO offensive forces right up to Russia's borders, they will create a zone of security along their borders. NATO has flipped from being a "defensive" to an offensive alliance. There has been warning after warning since 2008, that pushing NATO up to Russia's borders, with offensive missile installations, is a "red line" - meaning a declaration of war if pursued.
An article reported today in Don Hank's Substack, which he found in Tsargrad, tells about Germany's preparations for war on Russia:
Germany is preparing tanks for a march on Moscow.
The Japanese publication Shueisha has stated that a "Fourth Reich" is emerging in Germany, and it is quite capable of leading to a global nuclear war. Previously, Berlin used Ukraine to fuel a global conflagration, but now, the authors note, it is moving toward a direct confrontation with Russia.
The "democratic vaccine" has worn off in Europe. Now countries are beginning to reveal their true nature. For example, Germany is prone to the concept of its own superiority. The Germans are handing over their unprofitable automobile production to China.
They are channeling the freed-up resources into the military-industrial complex, switching to tank production.
The "Fourth German Reich" has sold its unprofitable and virtually destroyed automobile industry to China, and is itself switching to tank production, screaming, "Russia is our enemy!" the publication states.
Berlin is ready to enter a losing battle. Germany has never won a protracted war. But the current German leadership doesn't care – like its predecessors, it is complacent and pompous. They elevate ideology to absolutes, not common sense.
Europe is falling into line with this nonsense of attacking Russia, supposedly enriching their economy by building war machines. If the human species is to survive, these impulses of stupidity must cease.
